What if my direct deposit is rejected by my bank?

If your bank rejects the reimbursement sent via direct deposit (ACH) from your reimbursement account and returns it to Discovery Benefits, you will be charged a $25 fee for the returned ACH. This fee applies each time your bank rejects our attempt to send reimbursement to you via direct deposit.

If this happens, you will need to verify that your bank account information is correct by logging into your account. If your information is not correct, complete a direct deposit form found under printable forms on this web site and fax it to Discovery Benefits. If the bank account information appears correct, please call Discovery Benefits Participant Services at 866-451-3399 as soon as possible.
