Find commuter products, including fare passes, transit vouchers, direct pay parking and parking reimbursement online at WiredCommute. Follow these steps:

Purchasing transit passes and direct pay parking

1. Enroll in a transit and/or parking account with Discovery Benefits
2. Login to your secure Discovery site to initiate your WiredCommute account
3. Wait 24 to 48 hours for your account setup
4. Order your passes

Set it up as a one-time event or a recurring event. If you elect a recurring event, it carries over every month until you change it, cancel it or become ineligible.

Orders must be finalized by the 10th of each month (NYC area the 4th) to order your next month’s pass.

Your order is processed monthly and mailed to your home.

Electronic reminder notices
You’ll get an email reminder notice about your recurring order. It’s sent to you around the first of each month and gives you time to make changes if you want.

Getting your passes/vouchers
They’re mailed to your home, first class, for use starting the first of the following month. 

Changing your order on WiredCommute
Change your order any time before the 10th of the month (NYC area the 4th), the cutoff date for next month’s pass.

If the change in your order constitutes a change in your election, you must also complete an enrollment/change form and submit it to your employer.

To change your election

1. Complete enrollment/change form
2. Submit to employer to pass along to Discovery Benefits
3. If your purchase amount is changing too, update on WiredCommute
