“Get them what they need so they can focus on the more important aspects of their jobs.” That sums up what Charlie does best for his clients. The ultimate goal of the company, he says, is to “simplify” our products as much as possible while at the same time adding value. “I want to be a resource for our partners, always available for anything and everything.”

Experience

Charlie was looking for a job in the banking industry, though at the time his ideal employer wasn’t hiring.  They put him in touch with Discovery Benefits where he began his career as a Renewal and Compliance Coordinator.  After spending a year in that position, he was a Client Relations Manager and transitioned into the role of Sales Director in the Midwest.  In early 2010, he was named the Regional Director for the Western U.S.
