Service Philosophy
If Loock is your Discovery Benefits sales director, you may feel more like he’s an employee of your company. And that’s his preference. He considers himself an extension of his clients’ Human Resources teams.
Asked about his service philosophy, Loock gives a quick answer: “It’s important for my clients to be 100% confident that they can come to me with any request or concern and know I will do whatever it takes to resolve the issue.”

Experience
The South Dakota native came to Discovery Benefits as a service rep right out of college. After a while, he set his sights on a sales position here. There was just one problem. Openings were scarce because people rarely leave the company, which is known for its great working environment. Loock decided to get some sales experience with another company. A few years later he was back at Discovery Benefits as an Implementation Specialist and eventually a Sales Director. It’s not the direct path he’d intended, but along the way he got some experience he wouldn’t trade for the world.
