For Zach, working at Discovery Benefits is all about teamwork. “It’s behind everything we do and it’s what makes me enjoy coming to work every day,” he says. Today, Zach is on the same team as his clients, helping them succeed. “Our success is based on our relationships,” he says. “Clients know they can trust Discovery Benefits to provide great service.”

Experience

Before joining Discovery Benefits, Zach spent seven years as a teaching professional in the golf industry in Fargo and Florida. That may be where he acquired his patience – the characteristic he says best describes him. The Barrett, Minn., native and Concordia College graduate joined Discovery Benefits in 2008 as a Renewal Coordinator. He was Client Relations Manager with the sales team before taking his current position in 2010. He still enjoys a round of golf with friends and relaxing at home with his wife, Sara. Somewhere along the way, he also learned how to drive a Zamboni.
