Information at Your Fingertips With the Discovery Answers™ Knowledgebase

We continually strive to find ways to help you gain the knowledge you need to make informed benefits decisions. That’s why we’re excited to announce the release of the Discovery Answers™ Participant Knowledgebase. The knowledgebase is an integrated experience through your online account. It gives you another way to learn more about your plans and to get fast answers to your questions.

What is the Participant Knowledgebase?

The knowledgebase puts you in the driver’s seat to find additional information on your benefits plans and product offerings. Would you like to learn more about how to invest your Health Savings Account (HSA) funds? Or do you want to know how to order an additional Discovery Benefits debit card? Get answers to these questions and many more – all at your fingertips. In the knowledgebase, you’re able to:

  • Access a searchable database of help articles directly from your online account.
  • View trending topics and articles based on content most relevant or popular at that time.
  • Rate satisfaction with online content to continuously improve the information we provide.

Each article includes helpful tips, a sidebar with related articles and an interactive feature at the bottom of the page so you can provide feedback.

Why should you use it?

The knowledgebase has articles broken down by common topics (such as “mobile app” or “HSA”). It's an ideal starting point for you to gather more information on your pre-tax benefits plan and serves as a springboard for you to research additional plans that you’re interested in.

The knowledgebase also strengthens the user experience for you because more articles will be published based, in part, on what you’re searching. For example, when participants commonly search for a specific keyword or topic, we can respond by creating additional help articles.

How can you access it?

Once you log in to your online account, click on the “Get Help” button on the right side. That will take you to the knowledgebase, where you can find articles by:

  • Using the search bar on the top of the page.
  • Viewing trending articles on commonly searched topics.
  • Filtering articles by each topic.
