ELECTRONIC DATA EXCHANGE — BENEFITS

Our integrations with leading HRIS and payroll providers allow us to automatically update employee records related to open enrollment, mid-year changes, payroll deductions and contributions. Electronic data exchange is also available with all major health plans, giving us the ability to offer claim integrations for payment or auto-substantiation purposes.

ELECTRONIC DATA EXCHANGE — COBRA

We’re also able to integrate with leading HRIS providers to generate COBRA paperwork based on updates to employee records. Our COBRA integrations allow us to exchange eligibility and enrollment changes with all major health plans/carriers in the nation.

WEB-BASED SOLUTIONS

Through integrations with leading HRIS and employer intranet sites, Discovery Benefits is able to provide employers with visibility into key data elements that are important to participants. This includes data reporting on available balances, election amounts and more. You can also use our single sign-on or web service capabilities to allow your employees easy access to claim filing or account information from your HRIS system.
